Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Generators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you generate, subject to our license to operate the service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only within 14 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI Generators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
